1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ctk44 platform, including all betting, casino, gaming, and related services made available at ctk44.io and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and ctk44 ("ctk44", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating a ctk44 account, completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2;
• You have reviewed and accept ctk44's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You agree to comply with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by ctk44 from time to time, including individual game rules and promotional terms.

2 Eligibility & Age

Access to ctk44 is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ctk44 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception. This age restriction is strictly enforced across all Platform services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and virtual sports.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming or betting.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from ctk44 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to hold or use a ctk44 account.
4. Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered ctk44 account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
5. Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false personal information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

To access ctk44's full range of services, you must register a personal member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information at all times and promptly update your account details if any information changes;
• Create a unique, strong password for your ctk44 account and keep it strictly confidential;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notify ctk44 immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ctk44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of ctk44's commitment to security and responsible gaming, all members are required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing any withdrawal. ctk44 may also request KYC verification at the time of registration, at the time of a significant deposit, or at any point during an account's lifetime.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh;

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on ctk44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ctk44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank;

ctk44 does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ctk44 accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your ctk44 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account registered in your own name that matches the name on your ctk44 account;
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500;
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds for fully verified accounts during supported hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day;
• ctk44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, ctk44 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ctk44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected Pragmatic Play and NetEnt titles, cricket cashback during BPL and IPL seasons, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi calendar events.

The following conditions apply to all ctk44 bonuses and promotions:

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ctk44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting and gaming conditions that apply across the Platform include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ctk44 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical error;
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market suspension. ctk44 cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets during periods of live action where odds may be unavailable;
• Cricket markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh bilateral series are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or decided by DLS method, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply;

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctk44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering, owning, or operating more than one ctk44 account, whether in your own name or under another identity;
• Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account operation;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members to achieve outcomes that provide an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino games;
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting system errors, software bugs, or manifest pricing mistakes to gain an advantage;
• Money laundering: Using ctk44 accounts for any purpose related to money laundering, financial crime, or funding of illegal activities;
• Third-party payments: Depositing funds from or withdrawing funds to payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider in bad faith.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ctk44 Platform — including but not limited to the ctk44 brand name, logo, graphic design, software, game interfaces, text, images, data compilations, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to ctk44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any ctk44 content without prior written consent;
• Use any ctk44 branding or trademarks in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

• Any loss resulting from reliance on information, content, or odds displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions.

Where ctk44's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ctk44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ctk44 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

14 Termination

ctk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• ctk44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• A member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any later stage;
• A member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other members, to ctk44's systems, or to ctk44's operational integrity.

You may close your ctk44 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any available real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

15 Amendments

ctk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ctk44 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of publication unless a shorter or longer notice period is required by the nature of the change. Continued use of the ctk44 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change. You may submit a closure request to [email protected].

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ctk44 operates. Nothing in this clause shall limit ctk44's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ctk44 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
